Lindsay temporarily hides in a retirement community under the summer name, Rae. Happily estranged in the northern Arizona desert, new-found friends and an allergy to tree pollen keep her company. She watercolors the primaries with preschoolers while singing nursery rhymes in whale octaves. Children trust her with fairy secrets because she has big eyes and looks like various benign animals. Rae has been described as a highly sensory individual (infatuated with smelling, specifically) and a cloud. Beautiful produce, alternative healing and long distance running really melt her butter. Rae works hard to dress a little less sexy. Surprise, this is Rae and I wrote this about myself!
